创新创业教育的关键在于师资队伍建设,而师资队伍建设的重点就是教师的专业化问题。一方面我们应该促进教师队伍知识结构的专业化,使教师更懂行、更称职;另一方面我们应该加强教师队伍能力结构的专业化建设,更加关注教师的发展与提高。
