摘要
目前,农业院校外语类学生职业生涯发展模糊,成为制约其就业和人生事业成功的主要瓶颈。文章从教育生态学的视角出发,以动态、平衡、联系的生态理念来审视农业院校外语类学生职业生涯发展的现状及成因,在此基础上探讨了农业院校外语类学生职业生涯发展教育的策略。
At present,the vague career development of foreign language students in agricultural colleges has become a major bottleneck restricting their employment and career success.From the perspective of education ecology,this paper examines the status quo and causes of foreign language students’ career development in agricultural colleges with the ecological concept of dynamic,balance and connection.On this basis,it discusses the strategies of education career development for foreign language students in agricultural colleges.
