摘要
随着教学改革的持续深入以及社会主义核心价值观的提出,社会对于高职教育工作提出了全新的要求,不仅需要学生掌握理论知识,同时还需要学生能够不断提升职业道德修养。为此,本文系统阐述了现代学徒制以及职业素养的概念,认为当前高职生职业道德教育中存在着培养深度不足、考核标准缺失和教育认识不全面的问题,并从创新育人模式与完善考核评价体系两个层面提出了解决的措施。
With the continuous deepening of teaching reform and the introduction of socialist core values,the society has put forward new requirements for higher vocational education,which not only requires students to master theoretical knowledge,but also requires students to continuously improve their professional ethics.To this end,this paper systematically expounds the concept of modern apprenticeship and professional accomplishment,and believes that there are problems in the professional ethics education of higher vocational students,such as lack of training depth,lack of assessment standards and incomplete education,and puts forward measures to solve the problems from two aspects of innovating education mode and improving the evaluation system.
