摘要
转业进高校工作对军转人员来说是一次职业大转换,其行业跨度、工作环境变化之大,是转业到其他社会职业中所无法比拟的。如何实现在高校工作岗位上的新发展,是所有准备转业或已转业到高校工作的军转人员所面临的现实问题。文章结合高校军转人员职业发展的现状,分析了阻碍高校军转人员职业发展的内在原因,并结合高校人力资源管理的实际,对促进高校军转人员职业发展的个人举措作了初步探讨。
Transfer of occupation and entering the college is a great transition for demobilized army cadres.The huge change of industrial difference and working environment is incomparable with transfer to the other posts in the society.How to realize the new development at new post at higher education institutes has become a realistic problem for all demobilized army cadres who are ready to transfer or have already been transferred to the college.The paper,by integrating the developing status of college demobilized army cadres,analyzes the internal causes that hamper the career development of college demobilized army cadres and preliminarily discusses personal measures that are beneficial to improving the career development of college demobilized army cadres by studying the practices of college human resources management.
