党政领导干部道德是指党政领导干部所应该遵循的行为准则、规范,包括党政领导干部的道德行为、道德习惯以及道德原则和规范。中国传统文化中的为官之德内容丰富,但大都散见于经史子集、邢典律令之中,为官之德的提出,其目的是维护统治者的政权巩固,维护统治阶级的意识形态。今天,党政领导干部道德建设对维护社会良性发展,树立健康正确的社会道德行为规范,净化社会不良习俗风气,提升国民道德素养具有积极意义的。

The morality of leading cadres of party and government refers to the code of conduct and norms that should be followed by leading cadres of party and government,including the moral behavior,moral habits,moral principles and norms of leading cadres of party and government.The traditional Chinese culture is rich in the content of official morality,but most of them are scattered in the sub-sets of the history and the law of xingdian law.Today,the moral construction of leading cadres of party and government is of positive significance to maintaining the benign development of society,establishing healthy and correct social moral codes,purifying the bad customs and customs in society,and improving the national moral quality.
