Rural labor mobility in northern Jiangsu has triggered the full flow and combination of production factors,which has a crucial impact on rural economic development.In this regard,based on the background of industrial transformation,this paper starts from the perspective of labor supply side,and explores the related impacts of rural labor mobility on rural economic structure in the north of China from three aspects:agriculture,peasant income and urban-rural integration.It aims to provide effective suggestions and references for promoting rural economic development in northern Jiangsu.
