高校法治文化建设与高校法治教育实践探究

Practical Exploration on the Cultural Construction and Legal Education in Higher Colleges

高校法治文化建设是当前我国法治社会构建的重要组成部分。加强高校法治文化建设,推动法治教育实践不仅能够提高大学生的法治素养,更能够坚定法治社会的根基。但是目前在高校校园文化建设中,法治理念的渗透效果并不理想。基于此,本文从高校法治文化建设的重要性出发,针对其中存在的问题探究高校法治教育实践相关措施。

The construction of the rule of law culture in higher colleges is an important part of the construction of a rule of law society in China.Strengthening the construction of legal culture in higher colleges and promoting the practice of legal education cannot only improve the legal literacy of college students,but also strengthen the foundation of legal society.But in the construction of campus culture at present,the effect of rule by law is not ideal.Based on this,starting from the importance of the construction of legal culture in higher colleges,this paper explores the relevant measures for the practice of legal education in higher colleges in view of the existing problems.
