Analysis on Employment Competitiveness of Students Majoring in Enterprise Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

就业竞争力是高等教育人才培养的重要任务。本文通过SWOT分析方法,剖析高职院校企业管理专业在就业竞争力过程中所遇到的内部优势、劣势和外部挑战、机会。并依据高职院校的人才培养方案和企业管理专业学生自身的特点,对如何提高高职企业管理专业学生就业竞争力提出相应的策略性建议。

Employment competitiveness is the important task of higher education personnel training.Through the SWOT analysis method,this paper analyzes enterprise management major in higher vocational colleges in the course of the employment competitiveness of internal strengths,weaknesses and external challenges,opportunities.And on the basis of the talent training scheme of vocational colleges and its own characteristics,it puts forward the corresponding strategic recommendations to improve the employment competitiveness of higher vocational students majoring in enterprise management.
