经济的发展、就业市场的变化使得当前我国高职院校的毕业生面临着巨大的就业压力。因此,为了提升毕业生的就业率,大部分的高职院校都实行了在学生毕业前夕进行顶岗实习的制度。虽然取得了一定的效果,但是并没有达到预期的效果。因此,我们必须要找当前高职院校实习管理改进的原因及对策,强化顶岗实习的效果。

Economic development and changes in the job market have made the current graduates of higher vocational colleges in China face enormous employment pressure.Therefore,in order to improve the employment rate of graduates,most vocational colleges have implemented a system of internships on the eve of graduation.Although they have achieved certain results,they have not achieved the expected results.Therefore,we must find out the reasons and countermeasures for the improvement of the internship management in the current higher vocational colleges,and strengthen the effect of the internship.
