Research on the Contradiction of Female College Students' Dormitory from the Perspective of “Person-in-environment”

大学生宿舍是学生学习、生活交流的重要场所之一,学生宿舍中的和谐人际关系对学生的成长成才和学校安全稳定有着重要的影响,"人在情境中"是社会工作的核心观点,这一理论通过家庭、学校以及社会环境等途径解决大学生宿舍矛盾问题,对于解决大学生宿舍矛盾具有指导作用。文章以"90后女大学生"宿舍矛盾为突破口,旨在为如何构建和谐的宿舍人际交往环境提供建议。

College student dormitory is one of the important places for students to learn and communicate with each other.The harmonious interpersonal relationship in the student dormitory has an important influence on the growth of students and the safety and stability of the school.“Person-in-environment”is the core viewpoint of social work.The theory solves the contradiction problem of college students’dormitory through family,school and social environment,and has a guiding role in solving the contradiction of college students’dormitory.The article takes the contradiction of the“post-90 female college students”as a breakthrough point,aiming at providing advice on how to build a harmonious dormitory interpersonal environment.
