在全球化的背景下,各个国家之间经济文化交流日益频繁,文化多元化趋势日益明显。不同文化之间的碰撞对个体的思想观念、价值观影响深刻,特别是对思想活跃、观念开放的大学生影响较大。一方面,文化多元化可以在一定程度上强化大学生的竞争意识与独立意识,激励学生创新;另一方面,文化多元化也容易导致大学生出现拜金主义、享乐主义等,引发社会道德危机。在经济发展新常态背景下,社会变革巨大,多种价值观念冲突、碰撞,大学生在价值取向上存在矛盾性,这给我国高校思政教育带来了不小的挑战。在社会发展新形势下,基于高校思政教育的特点研究大学生思政教育改革对提高大学生思想道德水平、高校文化服务建设等具有重要的现实意义。本文分析了多元文化对高校思政教育的影响,并探讨了多元文化背景下高校思政教育改革的路径。

In the context of globalization,economic and cultural exchanges between countries have become more frequent,and cultural diversification has become increasingly evident.Collisions between different cultures have a profound impact on individual ideas and values,especially for college students with active ideas and open concepts.On the one hand,cultural diversification can strengthen college students’sense of competition and independence to a certain extent,and encourage students to innovate;on the other hand,cultural pluralism can also lead to college students’money worship,hedonism,etc.,causing social moral crisis.Under the new normal background of economic development,social changes are huge,and various values are conflicting and colliding.College students have contradictions in value orientation,which brings great challenges to the ideological and political education in China’s colleges and universities.Under the new situation of social development,based on the characteristics of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,it is of great practical significance to study the ideological and political education reform of college students to improve the ideological and moral level of college students and the construction of cultural services in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the influence of multiculturalism on ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and discusses the path of ideological and political education reform in colleges and universities under the background of multiculturalism.
