摘要
自从改革开放40周年以来,党和国家组织机构改革,同时在基层组织机构也取得了很大的发展,但随着经济建设的不断深入,全球化、信息化等已成为当今不得不面临的问题,基层机构改革也越来越复杂。本文结合A县的实际情况,以分析当前机构设置中存在的问题为出发点,并在行为主义理论指导下剖析国家、政府和人民对于基层机构改革中的价值取向,从而探寻推进机构合理设置的措施。
From now on the 40th anniversary of reform and opening-up,we have reformed in the Party and state organizations,and at the same time enormous results have been achieved in grassroots organizations.However,with the continuous development of economic construction,globalization and information have become problems that we have to face and the reform of grassroots institutions has become more and more complex.According to the actual situation of county A,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current institutional setting as the starting point and the value orientation of the state,the government and the people in the reform of grassroots institutions.Under the guidance of behaviorism theory,we explore the measures to promote the rational establishment of institutions.
