英诗汉译的翻译策略、语境、风格和互文性是翻译过程中必须考虑的要素。诗歌翻译的特殊性要求把诗歌翻译纳入诗学之中,探讨文本价值和隐含意义,延伸诗歌的文学生命。翻译诗学就是要使原诗与译文在时间、空间和文化体系内的种种矛盾得到相对融合。翻译过程中要考虑文体、主题、原型、象征和角色,不仅要翻译诗歌的语言要素,而且要再现诗歌的文化要素。

When translating English poems into Chinese,translation strategies,context,style and intertextuality must be considered.Poem translation requires poetics studies which discuss textual value and connotation as well as revive the literary life of poems.Translation poetics attempts to lessen the contradictions between source text and target text in terms of time,space and cultural system.The style,theme,archetype,symbol,and characters should be taken into account during the translation process including both language factors as well as literary ones.
