Ancient Greece,as the birthplace of Western literature, has an unspeakable significance.By the fifth century B.C.,literature was becoming more and more mature, and the literary age of Pericles was full of dramatists and philosophers. With the oldest art form—drama, the three Greek tragic dramatists—Aeschylus,Sophocles, and Euripides, reflected the early budding human exploration of their own destiny, the sublime sense transformed by fear and class attribute, and the concept of human freedom to live.
