精细化管理视角下高职图书馆阅读生态的构建

The Construction of Reading Ecology in Higher Vocational College Libraries from the Perspective of Refined Management

信息大爆炸时代,高职图书馆阅读生态存在着信息供需关系失衡、信息污染、读者需求与图书馆传统服务不匹配等问题,阅读生态急需重构。文章从精细化管理视角出发,分析了新时期高职图书馆阅读生态的内涵、现状,以及"精细化管理"在阅读生态建设中的必要性,并基于生态系统原理,构建了高职图书馆阅读生态圈模型,从"读者""空间"以及"人书交互"三个层面,提出了构建阅读生态平衡的对策。

In the era of information explosion,there are so many problems about the reading ecology of higher vocational college libraries,such as the imbalance of information supply and demand,information pollution,and the mismatch between readers’needs and traditional services of the library.So the reading ecology needs to be reconstructed.From the perspective of refined management,this paper analyzes the connotation and current situation of the reading ecology of higher vocational college libraries in the new era,and the necessity of“refined management”in the reading ecological construction.On the one hand,based on the principle of ecosystem,we constructed a higher vocational and technical college library reading ecosystem model.On the other hand,we propose countermeasures for constructing reading ecological balance from the three levels of“reader”,“space”and“personal interaction”
