摘要
文章从当今严峻的就业形势出发,从就业主体的角度分析当前大学生就业能力存在的问题。以嘉应学院地理科学与旅游学院"学长辅导员制度"为例,探索特色人才培养项目在提升学生就业能力上发挥的作用和影响,总结经验做法,提高培养质量,提升就业能力,提高就业竞争力,以应对就业压力。
The paper starts from the severe employment situation,analysing the current problems of college students’employability from the angle of employment subject.Taking the case of senior counselor projects of School of Geography Science and Tourism in Jiaying University,it explores the characteristics of personnel training’s function and influence in improving students’employability,summing up the experience and practice to improve the quality of training,enhance students’employability,improve their competitiveness of employment,so as to deal with the pressure of employment.
