逐步构建适应市场经济的电大教育管理体制的思考

Consideration on Gradually Constructing the Educational Management System of RTVU Adapting to Market Economy

在当前的市场经济大环境之下,企业之间的竞争归根到底也即是人才的竞争,而在人才的培养渠道方面,我们要格外重视继续教育这一方面。电大教育如何适应当前的社会主义市场经济体制需求,逐步加强教学管理,提高教育质量,向社会输送更多优质人才,是当前各级电大应当重视的问题。鉴于此,文章将主要结合笔者工作经验,对如何逐步构建适应当前市场经济的电大教育管理体制问题展开深入思考,以期为电大教育的可持续发展提供参考借鉴。

In the current market economy environment,the competition among enterprises in the final analysis is the competition of talents,and in terms of training channels for talents,we should pay special attention to the aspect of continuing education.How to adapt RTVU education to the needs of the current socialist market economic system,gradually strengthen teaching management,improve the quality of education,and deliver more high-quality talents to the society is a problem that RTVUs at all levels should pay attention to.In view of this,the article will mainly combine the author's work experience to think deeply about how to gradually construct the educational management system of RTVU adapted to the current market economy,in order to provide reference for the sustainable development of RTVU education.
