高职院校思政课教师党员进社区的问题与对策研究

Problems and Countermeasures of Party Members Entering Community for Ideological and Political Course Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

本文根据高职院校思政课教师党员进社区的必要性,针对当前思政课教师党员进社区的主要问题,分别从制定党员进社区的联动机制、完善党员进社区的制度体系、创新党员进社区的管理方式、健全党员进社区的载体形式、构建党员进社区的考评机制等方面,提出了思政课教师党员进社区的有效对策。旨在利用思政课教师党员的优势和特长,更好地促进社区的建设及发展。

According to the necessity of the ideological and political teachers’Party members entering the community in higher vocational colleges,this paper aims at the main problems of the current ideological and political teachers’Party members entering the community.From the aspects of formulating the linkage mechanism of Party members entering the community,we can perfect the system system of Party members entering the community.
