项目驱动模式下大学生创新创业教育模式设计研究

近年来我国的就业环境越来越严峻,创新创业能力成为一个学生的核心竞争力,提高自己的创新创业能力成为一个学生的主要教育需求。而高校是培养学生的各种综合能力的主要阵地,同时高校也是一个人才聚集区,许多导师掌握者优良的项目资源,非常期待学生的加入,有了学生的力量,就能大大推动这些项目的研究进度。现讨论在项目驱动模式下如何培养大学生的创新创业能力,在整个培养过程中将会出现的问题以及相应对策,促进学生综合能力,尤其是创新创业能力的提高,为国家提供充分的人才储备,促进国家长远发展.

In recent years,the employment environment in China has become more and more severe.The innovation and entrepreneurship ability has become the core competitiveness of students,and improving their innovation and entrepreneurship ability has become the main educational needs of students.Higher colleges are the main positions to cultivate students’comprehensive abilities.At the same time,higher colleges are also a talent gathering area.Many tutors have excellent project resources.They are very looking forward to students’participation.With the strength of students,they can greatly promote the research progress of these projects.This paper discusses how to cultivate college students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability under the project-driven mode,the problems that will arise in the whole training process and the corresponding countermeasures,to promote students’comprehensive ability,especially the improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship ability,to provide sufficient talent reserves for the country,and to promote the long-term development of the country.
