以前的资助方式已经不能适应社会的发展和学生的需求,当前资助工作需要从各层面入手,如物质支持、精神帮助、资质的宣传、效果评估反馈等,做到实事求是的评价才是资助工作的关键。在'科教兴国'的国家大政方针指导下,资助工作要贯彻落实到实处,规范的项目评审、有效的资助宣传、多样的扶持手段、严格的学生管理、显著的育人成效,成为考核资助工作是否到位的标准,为了实现国家的'教育强国'目标,多方面的关注学生需求,结合学生实际,结合地方实际,改进各项评价指标,全方位保障有困难学生有学上,上好学。
