高校行政管理现状和策略

The Current Situation and Strategies of College Administration

社会高度发展,不断走向现代化和科技化。高校作为一个培养人才的场所,中央对高校实行了'放管服'政策,放管结合。高校行政管理尤其显得重要。就目前来看,我国高校行政管理处于改革的过渡期,凸显了很多亟待解决的问题。这些问题阻碍了高校内部的健康发展,为高校的进步带来不少的屏障。本文旨在梳理高校行政管理的主要困境,对于其中存在的问题进行揭示,最后针对这些问题提出一些建议和对策。

The society is highly developed and is constantly moving towards modernization.As a place to train talents,the central government has implemented the policy to streamline administration,delegate powers,and improve regulation and services in colleges and universities,that’s a combination of delegating and management.The administration of colleges and universities is especially important.At present,the administration of colleges and universities in China is in the transition period of reform,which highlights a lot of problems to be solved urgently.These problems hinder the healthy development within colleges and universities,and bring a lot of barriers to the progress of colleges and universities.The purpose of this paper is to sort out the main predicament of university administration,to reveal the existing problems,and finally to put forward some suggestions and countermeasures for these problems.
