宁夏职业教育精准扶贫的现状与路径探析

Analysis on the Present Status and Path of Ningxia Vocational Education Targeted Poverty Alleviation

大力推进职业教育精准扶贫是实现脱贫攻坚战略目标的关键一环。党的十八大以来,宁夏回族自治区大力实施'技能致富'计划,深入推进职业教育助推精准脱贫,取得了明显的成效。但调研发现,宁夏职业教育精准扶贫中仍然存在诸多问题。要打赢脱贫攻坚战,进一步提升职业教育精准扶贫成效,应健全扶贫对象识别机制,精准识别贫困对象;推进教学改革,精准培养应用型技能人才;加强职教培训,精准培训提升技术技能;重视创新创业教育,精准帮扶促就业;加强观念引导,精准宣传职业教育内在价值。

Vigorously promoting vocational education and ensuring poverty alleviation is a key part of achieving the strategic goal of getting rid of poverty.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region has vigorously implemented the'skills for wealth'program,and has intensified the promotion of vocational education to promote poverty alleviation and achieved remarkable results.However,the survey found that there are still many problems in the precision poverty alleviation of Ningxia vocational education.To win the fight against poverty and further improve the effectiveness of vocational education in ensuring poverty alleviation,we should improve the identification mechanism of poverty alleviation objects,accurately identify poor targets,promote teaching reform,and accurately cultivate applied skills;strengthen vocational education and training,improve training and improve technical skills;entrepreneurship education,precision assistance and employment promotion;strengthen the concept of guidance,and accurately promote the intrinsic value of vocational education.
