民办高校教师培训制度建立的方法与策略分析

On Methods and Strategies for Establishing Teacher Training System in Private Colleges and Universities

随着我国教育事业整体发展速度的提高,我国民办高校也得到了迅猛发展。因此,建立一支高素质、高质量的教师队伍,成为高等教育的重要任务。本文首先分析了民办高等院校师资队伍的结构特点及其培训现存问题,提出通过建立科学的培训方法与培训评估手段是提高民办高校教师的整体素质水平、提高教学质量、提升内涵建设、加强民办高校可持续性发展的关键因素。

With the the overall improvement of China’s education,private colleges and universities in China have also developed rapidly.Therefore,it is important to establish a high-quality teacher team in these schools.By analyzing the structural characteristics and existing problems among faculties in private colleges and universities,the author deduces that to the establish scientific training methods and training evaluation means is the key factors to improve the overall quality of the teachers,to improve the teaching quality,to enhance the connotation construction in private colleges and universities.
