高校如何避免培养出“精致的利己主义者”

Ways to Avoid the Cultivation of “Exquisite Egoists” in Higher Colleges

北大教授钱理群在《寻找失去的'大学精神'》的演讲中提出一类人'精致的利己主义者',我国高等教育大众化的局面正在形成,软硬件水平高、师资力量雄厚,为何高校却成为培养精致的利己主义者的沃土。反思高等教育,管理制度的行政化、教育教学的功利化、人文教育与集体主义观念教育的缺失,致使高校的职能出现异化。要想培养出杰出的有社会担当的人才,高校必须摆脱功利化倾向,推行'自由教育';以传统文化为根基,建立人文校园;以公平、共赢、和谐为原则,以社会责任观为导向,培养大学生的新集体主义价值观。

Professor Qian Liqun of Peking University put forward a kind of people called'exquisite egoists'in the speech'Looking for the Lost‘School Spirit’'.In China,with high level of software,hardware and excellent teaching staff,popularization of higher education is taking shape.Why do higher colleges have become fertile ground for the cultivation of exquisite egoists?Rethinking higher education,the administration of management system,the utilitarianization of education and teaching,the lack of education in humanistic education and collectivism,led to the dissimilation of the functions of colleges and universities.In order to cultivate outstanding talents with social responsibility,higher colleges must get rid of utilitarianism and promote'free education',which is building a campus of humanity based on traditional culture;taking fairness,mutual benefit and harmony as the principle,and social responsibility as guide,to cultivate college students’values of new collectivism.
