建筑工程全过程造价控制管理研究

Research on the Cost Control Management of Construction Engineering

随着我国经济的不断发展,建筑行业呈现出勃勃的发展局面,这也使人们对建筑质量有了更多的关注。在建筑工程中,造价管理工作需要以全过程角度来进行管理与控制,这对于提高建筑工程质量具有重要意义。鉴于此,本文便从全过程角度出发,对全过程造价控制管理在建筑工程中的重要性进行探讨,分析了我国建筑工程在造价全过程控制管理的现状,并对建筑工程各个阶段中的造价控制及管理措施进行了深入的研究。

With the continuous development of China’s economy,the construction industry has shown a vigorous development situation,which also makes people pay more attention to the quality of construction.In construction engineering,cost management needs to be managed and controlled from the perspective of the whole process,which is of great significance for improving the quality of construction projects.In view of this,from the perspective of the whole process,this paper discusses the importance of the whole process cost control management in construction engineering,analyzes the status quo of the whole process cost control management in China’s construction engineering,and conducts in-depth research on the cost control and management measures in each stage of construction engineering.
