在国际化水平不断提升的今天,我国的发展对专业英语人才的需求量不断提升,复合型、专业型人才已经成为当前社会热门人力资源,为推动地区经济发展水平不断优化和提升,地方院校需要增设专项英语培训课程,并结合自身发展特点,因地制宜、因时制宜的革新教学方法和教学内容,不断加强和优化师资队伍建设,提升学生的英语能力和综合竞争力,积极培养复合型人才和创新性人才,为推动区域经济发展提供优质的人力资源。

Today,with the increasing level of internationalization,the demand for professional English talents in China’s development is constantly increasing.Compound and professional talents have become the hot human resources in the society.In order to promote the continuous optimization and improvement of regional economic development,local colleges and universities need to add special English training courses,and combine their own development characteristics to adapt to local conditions and times.Suitable innovative teaching methods and contents,constantly strengthen and optimize the construction of teachers,enhance students’English ability and comprehensive competitiveness,actively cultivate compound and innovative talents,and provide high-quality human resources for promoting regional economic development.
