基于高职院校智能制造领域高技能人才培养的实践与探索——以苏州地区为例 被引量:4

摘要 本文以苏州地区为例,首先分析了智能制造对高职院校专业人才培养的重要影响,并根据人才需求结构与培养规格的转变,分别从创新人才培养模式,培养大量实体经济发展所需人才、深化校企之间协作,推动校企协同培育高技能的人才、深化校企之间协作,推动校企协同培育高技能的人才等方面,提出了高职院校智能制造领域高技能人才培养的有效路径。以期为我国智能制造行业的发展提供优质人才,促进制造行业的可持续发展。 Taking Jiangsu as an example,this paper firstly analyses the important influence of intelligent manufacturing on the training of professional talents in higher vocational colleges.According to the change of talent demand structure and training specifications,this paper respectively innovates the training mode of talents,cultivates a large number of talents needed for the development of real economy,deepens the cooperation between schools and enterprises,promotes the cooperation between schools and enterprises to cultivate high-skilled talents and deepens the cooperation between schools and enterprises.
