With the rapid development of new media technologies,mobile media has a dual impact on the values and learning styles of college students.Taking the mobile media as the field of vision,by maintaining the harmonious network environment of the campus,constructing the information security system guarantee,and reforming the channels for the implementation of ideological and political education,we can optimize the ideological and political education in colleges and universities,shape the correct values of college students and positive beliefs in life and achieve the basic task of'cultivating people by virtue'.
