开放教育下学习模式的实践教学探究——以花都电大物流管理专业《供应链管理》课程为例

Research on Practical Teaching of Learning Mode under Open Education ——Take the Course “Supply Chain Management” of Logistics Management Major in Huadu Radio and Television University as an Example

理论教学、实践教学都是在教学过程中需要并驾齐驱的组成部分。近年来,电大在开放教育方面已有了一定的探索成果,新的教学模式、管理模式和运行机制正在逐步建立,教育质量明显提高。但是,相对而言还有很多问题,主要原因是未从根本上摆脱传统教学观念的影响。就以本校课程《供应链管理》为例,虽然运用了在线教学等开放教育的设施设备,但是其课程内容相对而言过时僵化,难以与现实状况相适应,并且更侧重于理论知识的学习。为了能够更好地理解相关的理论知识,现在会结合用友的供应链管理沙盘实训课程,使得学生能够取得更好的学习效果。因此,切实解决实践教学存在的各种问题,完善实践教学体系,构建远程开放教育实践教学模式,已成当务之急。对此,本文从明确概念、内容、优化设计、完善条件、积极探索等方面,探讨和构建开放教育实践教学模式。

The theory teaching and the practice teaching are in the teaching process needs to keep abreast of the component.In recent years,some achievements have been made in the exploration of open education.New teaching models,management models and operating mechanisms are being gradually established,and the quality of education has been significantly improved.However,relatively speaking,there are still many problems,the main reason is not fundamentally to get rid of the traditional teaching concept.For example,the course'Supply Chain Management'in our school,though equipped with online teaching and other open education facilities,is outdated and rigid,which is difficult to adapt to the current situation.And more focus on the study of theoretical knowledge.In order to better understand the relevant theoretical knowledge,we will now combine with Yonyou’s supply chain management sand-table training course,so that students can achieve better learning results.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the problems of practical teaching,perfect the practical teaching system and construct the practical teaching model of distance and open education.In view of this,this paper discusses and constructs the practice teaching mode of open education from the aspects of clarifying the concept,content,optimizing the design,perfecting the conditions and actively exploring.
