摘要
贵阳市东站路道路工程主线桥箱梁为预应力混凝土结构,单箱三室截面,梁高1.8m,顶宽18m,底宽12.1m,部分墩柱高达40m。对于较大荷载和高墩工况,普通满堂支架方案安全性较低;同时本项目工期紧张,施工周期也难以满足工期要求。SPS支架系统单根立杆承载能力大、结构简单,模块式组装速度快、安全性高,故采用该系统。实践证明该系统是成功的。
The upper box girder of main bridge in Guiyang east station road is a prestressed concrete structure, The box girder includes a single box and three sections, the section height is 1.8m.The upper width of box girder is 18 m, The bottom width is 12.1 m,Some of the piers are reach 40 m. Useing the general full scaffolding not only lower safety of the construction, but also the installtion speed is difficult to meet the construction requirements. SPS scaffolding system possess more vertical bearing capacity, and it is simple structure, modular assembly, easy to install, with more safety.The practice prove that the support system is successful.
