旧城改造中历史街区的保护与更新策略研究——以天津为例

随着城市化发展速度的不断加快,城市的各个方面都在进行大幅度的改革,建筑作为一个城市的面貌和门面,是政府人员首先要进行的项目。与此同时,改造的过程也带来了对于具有悠久历史的建筑的毁坏。历史较为悠久,可被成为文化遗产的建筑蕴藏了城市长期以来积攒的历史和财富,也不断地承载这座城市的变迁和沉稳。然而,为完成改造任务对建筑的破坏也造成了城市文化的毁坏,精神财富与物质财富的双重流失是这项工作中得不偿失的东西。笔者根据这样的基础,并借国内国外有关文化遗产相关法律的学习和探讨,和天津建筑改造、文化保护的相关事例,探寻如何做到城市改造和历史文化遗产两者兼顾的局面,既能赶上快速的城市化进程,又能传承和发扬悠久的历史文化。
