摘要
本项目主体高207m,采用框架-核心筒结构体系,属于超限超高层建筑。采用基于性能的抗震设计方法进行设计,抗震性能目标取C级。采用SATWE和ETABS两种软件进行结构整体分析,并采用ABAQUS进行动力弹塑性分析,计算结果表明结构在罕遇地震下处于延性阶段,结构抗震性能满足规范要求。
The project is a hybrid frame-core tube building with a height of 207 meters, which exceeds the design limit. The PBD method was used and performance goal was set as level C. Two types of software, SATWE and ETABS, was used for the global analysis,and ABAQUS was used for the dynamic nonlinear analysis. The re?sults show that the structure is in ductile stage under rare earth?quake, the seismic performance of the structure can satisfy the code requirements.
