摘要
检测了构件腐蚀前后半电池电位值,并与腐蚀后接地状态和改进半电池电位法所检测的电位值进行了对比。结果表明:半电池电位法可有效检测C50强度以下混凝土内部钢筋锈蚀情况。对于接地类混凝土构件,其检测结果受接地介质影响较大,锈蚀电位值并不能准确反映混凝土构件内部钢筋真实锈蚀信息。在半电池电位法检测的基础上提出了以现有试件为参考的接地类混凝土构件内部钢筋锈蚀信息检测方法,它可以在一定程度上消除外界因素对锈蚀电位的干扰,准确反映混凝土内钢筋锈蚀真实信息。
The half-cell potential of components before and after corrosion was measured and compared with that of grounding state after corrosion and improved half-cell potential method.The re?sults show that half-cell potential method can effectively detect cor?rosion of steel bar in concrete below C50 strength.For grounding concrete members,the test results are greatly affected by grounding medium,and the corrosion potential value can not accurately reflect the real corrosion information of steel bars in concrete members.On the basis of half-cell potential method,a corrosion detection method of steel bar corrosion information in grounding concrete members is proposed,which can eliminate the interference of external factors on corrosion potential to a certain extent and accurately reflect the real information of steel bar corrosion in concrete.
