中国特色小镇产业基础的形成动因与构建机制——基于603篇新闻报道文本内容的实证研究

The Forming Cause and Construction Mechanism of the Industrial Foundation of Chinese Characteristic Towns

我国许多特色小镇在发展过程中出现了将文旅、休闲作为产业基础的现象,并因此受到'特色产业'存在雷同和缺乏实质的质疑。基于603篇新闻报道,采用文本内容分析法,对特色小镇产业基础的发展现状和成因机制进行了实证考察。研究结果表明,虽然有大约一半的特色小镇的产业基础包括文化、旅游等服务产业,但种植养殖、加工制造等产业同样在特色小镇的发展中发挥了重要作用。除了本身具有相应发展基础的小镇以外,将文化和旅游产业与第一、第二产业融合发展是多数特色小镇的实际情况。同时,政府为实现社会目的以促进特色小镇发展而更多地关注投资小、见效快且能为当地产品拓展市场并增加本地就业的产业类型,也是出现大量文旅特色小镇的重要原因。正确认识文旅产业的作用,根据当地实际构建复合型产业基础,有利于特色小镇的未来发展。

There are an increasing number of Chinese characteristic towns developing cultural tourism and leisure,which has been questioned for the similarity and lack of substance of'characteristic industries'.Based on the content analysis of 603 news reports,this paper investigates the actuality and the forming cause of the industrial foundation of Chinese characteristic towns.The results show that,although about half of characteristic towns are based on service industries such as culture and tourism,planting and breeding,processing and manufacturing industries also play an important role in the development of characteristic towns.Apart from the towns with corresponding development bases,the integration of cultural tourism with primary and secondary industries is the actual situation of most characteristic towns.At the same time,in order to promote the development of characteristic towns,the government pays more attention to the industries with small investment and quick results,which can expand the local market and increase the local employment,and this is also an important reason for the emergence of a large number of characteristic towns with cultural tourism characteristics.The correct understanding of the role of cultural tourism industry and the construction of a composite industrial foundation based on local conditions will be conducive to the development of Chinese characteristic towns in the future.
