摘要
针对某火电厂4台机组汽轮机主油箱油位测量过程中出现跳变甚至变坏点的问题,从工作原理、使用环境、介质特性等方面分析原因,认为主油箱内部油位波动较大以及存在较强磁场是导致问题的主要原因,提出将汽轮机主油箱油位测量方式改为差压式测量的处理措施,处理后,测量精度、可靠性、稳定性均满足'二十五项重点要求'的相关要求,4台机组主油箱油位低跳机保护投入。
According to the problem of four power plant units turbine main oil tank level measurement exists jump even worse,this paper analyzes the reasons from the aspects of working principle,operating environment and media characteristics,thinking the main oil tank internal oil level fluctuation and strong magnetic field are the reasons for the problem,it is proposed to change the measurement method of main tank oil level into differential pressure measurement.After the transformation,the measurement accuracy,reliability and stability meet the relevant requirements,and the protection input of the low oil level stop running for four units.
