以河北省计量中心拆回表集中处置工作实践为基础,基于智能表自动化检定系统,通过图像识别技术和485通信技术创新性提出一种电能表示数识别、读取、自动比对方法,实现了电能表屏显示数、表计存储底码示数及营销业务系统底码示数的自动比对,并说明应用情况及效果。

Takeing Hebei province electric power measurement center back down the table for centralized treatment of working practice as the basis,based on the electric energy meters automatic verification system,through the image recognition technology and 485 communication technology innovative,this paper proposes a method which can work at the meter readings recognition,reading and automatic comparison,realizes the automatic comparison between the meter readings,storage indication and numbers of marketing business system,and also explains the application situation and effects.
