结合非项目化业务外包管理的现状,提出通过套装软件自开发实现非项目业务外包管理功能,分析套装软件非项目化业务外包管理的技术实现,从套装软件业务外包功能开发的实施效果可知,电网企业非项目业务外包实现了管理决策分析的全过程管理,缩短非项目业务外包管理线下流转时长,实现了计划编制到业务外包的执行,提升非项目业务外包的管理水平。

Currently,the outsourcing businesses are not managed as projects,so it is hard to know the outsourcing businesses statements of branches,and observing the plan.This paper presents outsourcing businesses management realization based on the ERP software.Referring to the project management,analyzes the technical realization of the management functions.Through the application effects,solidifies the whole management process of outsourcing businesses,shortens the time cost of off-line management,realizes the project planning and the acceptance,advances the management level of the outsourcing businesses.
