基于CAM技术的整体涡轮转子加工方法研究

摘要 选用锥形刀进行加工分子泵整体涡轮转子时,由于锥形刀加工时刀轴与叶片表面必须存在一定角度,所以加工方式一定为点切削,叶片表面光顺度不高且加工效率难以进一步提高.针对现有加工路径的不足,本文基于UG软件的CAD/CAM功能模块,应用T型铣刀精加工,设计了新的数控加工路径,理论上可提高生产效率、简化加工程序、提高叶片表面光顺度. When using a conical cutter to process the whole turbine rotor of the molecular pump,the machining method must be point cutting,because the cutter axis and the blade surface must have a certain angle in the process of cutting.The Smoothing degree surface of the leaves is not high and the processing efficiency is difficult to be further improved.In view of the deficiency of the exist-ing process path,with the application of T type milling cutter,a new NC machining path baced on CAD/CAM function module of UG software is designed,which can improve the production effi-ciency,simplify the processing procedure,and improve the surface smoothness of the blade.
