摘要
本文通过对有阀型气动冲击机构的动态特性分析,找出了各结构设计参数间的匹配关系,提出了参数型判据方法,为气动冲击机构的相似设计和优化提供了参考。并对提高机构的工作性能,充分利用压气的能量,提出了一些新见解。本文的理论分析和试验结果基本一致。
This paper has found out the matching relationship of Various Structural design parameters and advanced a criterion method of parameter model, and Provided a reference for analogical design and optimization of the pneumatic percussive mechanism by means of analgseing dynamic character. The some new idea is also provided for improveing working Character of mechanism and fully utilizeing the energy of Comporession air. The theoratical analyses comparing with experimental results are identical.
