摘要
120tLF精炼炉自投产以来,存在精炼周期长、升温速度慢、钢水质量不稳定等诸多问题。经现场调研发现,进站钢水渣量大、温度及成分波动大,精炼渣成分配比及吹Ar制度不合理。因此,通过改进精炼造渣工艺、控制过程温度、优化吹氩工艺,提高了钢水的可浇性,同时使得平均冶炼周期缩短40%,耗电量降低23%,显著降低了生产成本。
The problems on long refining cycle,slow warming and the unstable steel quality had appeared in120 tLF refining furnace since it was put into production.It was found by field survey that the amount of steel slag was excessive,the fluctuations of temperature and composition were too much,the ratio of refining slag composition and the blowing Ar system were unreasonable.Castability of molten steel can be improved by the improvement of refining slag process,control of process temperature and optimization of argon blowing technology.At the same time,the average smelting period was shortened by 40% and the power consumption was reduced by 23%.The cost of production was reduced significantly.
