尾矿植被混凝土无侧限抗压强度正交试验 被引量:7

Research on Unconfined Compressive Strength of Tailings Vegetation Concrete by Orthogonal Test

摘要 针对矿山裸露岩质边坡植被恢复成本高的问题,以尾矿砂为基础材料,研制尾矿植被混凝土,采用正交试验,研究水泥(A)、小麦秸秆(B)、蘑菇渣(C)和粘合剂(D)4个因素在不同水平下对基质无侧限抗压强度的影响。通过正交试验确定了不同龄期时4种因素对基质的影响顺序、各因素的显著性水平及混合基质的优化配比方案。研究结果表明:龄期为2d和7d时,4种因素对基质无侧限抗压强度影响顺序从大到小依次为:水泥、小麦秸秆、粘合剂、蘑菇渣,对基质1周内无侧限抗压强度有显著性影响的因素是水泥、小麦秸秆和粘合剂,应选取的基质最佳配比分别为A3B2C1D3;龄期为14d和28d时,4种因素对基质无侧限抗压强度影响顺序从大到小依次为:水泥、蘑菇渣、小麦秸秆、粘合剂,对基质2周后有显著性影响的因素为水泥及蘑菇渣,应选取的基质最佳配比均是A2B1C2D3;结合植物生长试验,得出混合基质的优化配比方案为A2B1C2D3。 Aiming at solving the problem of high cost on mine bare rock slope vegetation restoration,taking the tailings vegetation concrete was studied.The effect of four factor of concrete(A),wheat straw(B),mushroom residue(C)and adhesive content(D)on unconfined compressive strength at different stage was studied by orthogonal test.The orders of four factors to influence base material unconfined compressive strength,the significance levels of different factors and the optimization compound ratio scheme of base material mixture at different ages were determined.The results show that the four factors affecting base material unconfined compressive strength with the 2dand 7dcuring age are in a descending order as follows:concrete,wheat straw,adhesive,and mushroom residue content.Within one week the content of concrete,wheat straw and adhesive has significant influence on the base material unconfined compressive strength.The optimization compound ratio scheme of base material mixture are A3B2C1D3.The influencing order for 14 dand 28dis:concrete,mushroom residue,wheat straw and adhesive content.The remarkable influential factors are concrete and mushroom residue after two weeks of the content of concrete.The optimization compound ratio scheme of base material mixture is A2B1C2D3.Combining with plant growth experiment,it is concluded that the optimized proportion of mixed matrix solution is A2B1C2D3.
