摘要
锌对高炉的危害日趋严重,通过对凯恒钢铁有限公司高炉有害杂质锌的研究,提出了控制高炉锌负荷、发展中心稳定边缘的操作、控制铁水含Si量、控制炉渣碱度、管理原燃料筛分、监控铁水含锌量和管理炉前出铁7条抑制高炉锌危害的措施。措施实施后,改善了冶炼效果、保证了高炉稳定顺行。
Zinc is seriously harmful to blast furnace.The seven measures that inhibit zinc harm of blast furnace were proposed,which includes control of zinc load of blast furnace;operation of stabilized edge in development center,control of Si content in molten iron,control of slag basicity,management of the original fuel screening,monitoring of zinc content in molten iron of tapping in front of furnace.After the implementation of the measures,smelting effect is improved,and smooth operation of the blast furnace guaranteed.
