铁尾矿砂制备农村公路混凝土性能

摘要 将铁尾矿砂以不同比例替代天然砂制备农村公路混凝土,研究铁尾矿砂掺量对C30混凝土工作性能、力学性能、抗收缩性能和抗渗性能的影响。试验结果表明,掺加铁尾矿砂能够满足农村公路混凝土对工作性能和力学性能的要求,同时还具有较好的抗收缩性能和抗渗性能。当铁尾矿砂掺量为100%时,混凝土抗压强度最大,当铁尾矿砂掺量为40%时,混凝土抗弯拉强度最大。当铁尾矿砂掺量为50%时,混凝土具有较好的抗收缩性能和抗渗性能。 The influence of mixing amount of ferrous mill tailings on workability,mechanical properties,anti-shrinkage and impermeability of C30 concrete for rural highway was studied by using ferrous mill tailings in different proportions to replace natural sands.The results showed that not only work performance and mechanical properties can be met by adding ferrous mill tailings to concrete for rural highway,but also the concrete possesses better resistance to shrinkage and impermeability.The compressive strength of the concrete with 100%ferrous mill tailings is biggest.The flexural strength of concrete with 40%tailings is the largest.and the concrete with 50% mill tailings has better resistance to shrinkage and impermeability.
