摘要
针对低阶煤干燥脱水、热解提质、成型压缩3类技术,论述了低阶煤蒸发脱水和非蒸发脱水、气相热解法和固相热解法、有粘结剂成型法和无粘结剂成型法的工作原理及特点,并探讨了我国低阶煤提质技术今后的发展趋势。结果表明:我国低阶煤提质技术的发展方向为余热循环利用技术、电-气-热多联产技术、成型技术,有助于推动洁净煤技术的发展,降低耗能。
Aiming at the three technologies such as dehydration,upgrading by pyrolysis and compression molding,the work principles and characteristics of low-rank coal evaporation dehydration and non-evaporating dehydration,gas phase pyrolysis and solid phase pyrolysis,adhesive molding and non-adhesive molding were summarized,and the development trends of upgrading technology of low-lank coal were discussed.Results show that:the development direction of China's upgrading technology of low-rank coal is waste-heat recycling technology,electricity-gas-heat polygeneration technology and molding technology,and conduce to promote the development of clean coal technology and reduce energy consumption.
