摘要 设计了一种可检测高炉煤气管道壁厚的新型高炉煤气管道检测机器人,它具有变径功能、自主转向功能、牵引力调节功能。通过ADAMS软件对机器人性能进行了分析,得出了变径过程中管道直径与调节电机输出力矩关系,得出了输出轮转速与姿态角关系。研究结果表明高炉煤气管道检测机器人具有很好的机械性能。 A new type of blast furnace gas pipeline inspection robot is designed for the blast furnace gas pipe wall-thickness detection.The robot has the function of diameter changing,independent steering and traction controlling.The robot's performances are analyzed by using ADAMS software.The relationship between pipe diameter and the motor output torque,and the relationship between output wheel speed and attitude angle are obtained by analysis.The research result shows that the blast furnace gas pipeline inspection robot has a good mechanical performance.
