摘要
为了提高粗糙控制中的控制精度及控制效率,采用决策区间概念格的理论提取控制规则。基于区间参数α和β具有主观性和无法预知性的特点,提出了改进的IPO算法,并借助该算法进一步优化了粗糙控制规则挖掘模型。以钢丝固溶处理过程为例,验证了采用IPO算法优化粗糙控制的优秀控制品质。结果表明,提出的改进算法具有可行性和有效性。
In order to improve the control accuracy and control efficiency in rough control,control rules were extracted by using the theory of the decision interval concept lattice.Aimed at the problem of the subjective and unpredictable parameters,a sort of improved algorithm in IPO was proposed,and by means of the algorithm the model of rules mining in rough control was further optimized.By using the method of parameter optimization and taking the control process of steel wires solid solution treatment as an example,which demonstrated the excellent control quality of IPO algorithm.The result shows that the presented algorithm is feasible and effective.
