煤矿井下水生产饮用水的试验

摘要 水资源短缺问题已严重制约煤矿区经济的发展。为了促进煤矿区经济的发展,解决水资源短缺及污水处理问题,以赵各庄煤矿矿井水为例,通过分析确定混凝、沉淀、过滤和消毒4个处理单元的处理流程的最佳条件,选择PFS混凝剂的最佳加药量为10mg/L,转速依次为300r/min、100r/min、60r/min的搅拌时间分别是0.7min、4min、10min,然后沉淀70min,再用改型后的斜发沸石滤料过滤20min,最后投加0.75~0.95mg/L进行消毒。研究结果表明:赵各庄矿巷道排出的废水经过以上的工艺流程处理后,各项指标均优于城市供水水质标准。以赵各庄为例,其处理规模为365万m3/a,整个净化工程总投资601.2万元,年经济效益为340.91万元,投资回收期为0.88年。经济效益显著。 Water shortage has seriously restricted the economic development of coal mining area.In order to promote the development of economy,in coal mine area solve the problem of shortage of water resource and sewage treatment,The Zhaogezhuang coal mine water as was taken an example,the optimum conditions of the four processing flow of the coagulation,sedimentation,filtration and disinfection were determined.In coagulation stage,PFS is the coagulating agent,in which optimum dosage is 10mg/L,and the stir condition is 300r/min stir 0.7min,100r/min stir 4min and 60r/min stir 10min;In settlement stage,the optimum settlement time is 70min;in filtration stage,the hardness of the water decreases to about 385mg/L through the zeolite filtration medium disposed;In disinfection stage,which decides the optimum dosage of chlorine is 0.75-0.95 mg/L.In this thesis,the each index of the purifying water is better than drinking water through the disposal of designed examination flow.
