42 4 0ZJ型柴油机是我厂最新设计的直列 4缸、4冲程、废气涡轮增压的中速柴油机 ,为2 4 0 / 2 75型柴油机的系列产品。该机标定功率为 810kW ,标定转速为 10 0 0r/min ,最大运用功率为735kW ,主要用于发电车和小型调车机车。 4 2 4 0ZJ型柴油机最大限度地采用标准件 ,产品零部件的通用性和互换性高。
ZJ diesel engines are in line, 4 cylinder, 4 stroke and gas turbocharged medium speed diesel engines newly designed in Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Works, a type of 240/275 diesel engine family. This version is rated at 810kW and 1000r/min with a maximum application power of 735kW, mainly for electricity generation cars and small shunting locomotives. The use of standard components are maximized in it to increase interchangeability of components. The different components and structure features from those of other versions ware presented in detail.
