昆虫杆状病毒对哺乳动物的实验感染 被引量:1

摘要 用昆虫病毒杆状病毒科的甘蓝夜蛾和棉铃虫的核型多角体病毒以及小菜粉蝶颗粒体病毒,对哺乳动物小白鼠、金黄地鼠,豚鼠和裸鼠分别经腹腔和静脉接种及口服病毒进行实验性感染,于感染后15—4O天解剖,取被感染动物脏器悬液回接靶虫,使靶虫患典型病毒病,死亡率达13—100%,其中口服病毒回接靶虫的阳性,对说明昆虫杆状病毒可感染哺乳动物的意义较大.经腹腔和静脉接种的哺乳动物,可在其胰脏和脾脏中经超薄切片电镜观察到核型多角体病毒. The experimental infection of mammals ( such as mice , golden hamsters, guinea-pigs and nude mice ) was conducted with MbNPV, HaNPV and PrGV by way of peritoneal and intravenous injection and per os. 15 - 40 days after infection, target insects were reinoculated with the viscera suspension of infected mammals and killed by 13 -100%, displaying typical symptoms infected by baculoviruses. Especially , it was important for. positive reaction of the infection via per os , and it indicated that insect baculoviruses could infect mammals . NPV was observed in the ultra thin section of pancreas and spleens which were taken out from infected mammals via peritoneal and intravenous injection under electronmicroscope.
