摘要
几丁质是绝大多数真菌细胞壁的主要成分,在植物中却并不存在。但高等植物普遍存在着几丁质酶,并可通过几丁质酶催化几丁质的水解,使植物具有抵御真菌侵染的能力。为研究BR与玉米抗病性的关系,对BR处理后玉米细胞间隙液中几丁质酶活性进行了分析,研究表明:100 nmol/L e BL(油菜内酯)处理后,玉米细胞间隙液中几丁质酶活性与对照相比没有显著变化;而10 nmol/L e BL处理后,玉米细胞间隙液几丁质酶活性与对照相比降低。说明不同浓度BR对玉米抗病性有不同的影响。
Chitin is a major component of most fungal cell wall,but does not exist in plants. But the chitinase are widespread in higher plant,plants can hydrolysis chitin by chitinase and so have the ability to resist the fungus infection. In order to study the mechanism of BR in improving the maize resistance to disease,we analyzed the chitinase activity of the intercellular fluid in maize after BR treatment. The results showed that the chitinase activity had no significant change after 100 nmol / L e BL( Epicastasterone) treatment,but the chitinase activity was lower after10 nmol / L e BL treatment than that of the control. So there was different effect on maize disease resistance using different concentration of BR.
